Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Program Development (20%): Develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy to grow market share and expand Occupational Medicine services. Standardize clinical protocols, workflows, and best practices across all regional locations to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Partner closely with the sales and business development teams to attract, onboard, and retain key corporate clients. Analyze regional performance metrics (KPIs), financial reports, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Serve as the clinical subject matter expert during high-level sales presentations and contract negotiations.
