The Food & Nutrition Services General Worker (Assistant I) shall carry out the essential performance responsibilities listed below:
* Follow daily work schedules for food production, service, and cleaning.

* Perform kitchen duties as assigned, including but not limited to, pre-preparation, food production, service, backup, clean-up, and check-in orders, as needed.
* Assist in ensuring that meal service is safe, and that good quality food is served according to approved meal pattern requirements at the appropriate times.
* Assist with ordering, proper storage and inventories for all supplies and food items received.
* Follow written recipes and instructions for food preparation, record the time, amounts used in food preparation leftovers, and temperature on production worksheets.
* Operate food service equipment in a safe manner.
* Maintain a clean work environment by removing and disposing of garbage and waste and placing it at the back door of the kitchen.
* Ensure sanitation practices are adhered to, including compliance with personal hygiene and grooming standards.
* Perform necessary cleaning of food service equipment and facilities that does not require climbing.
* Drive vans to satellite sites for food delivery, gas, and clean, as directed.
* Drive refrigerated/freezer trucks between sites.

* Participate in training programs offered to enhance the individual skills and proficiency related to job responsibilities.

Position Objective:
The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for managing grant-related invoicing and billing processes at The FLITE Center to support financial accuracy and organizational sustainability. This role ensures compliance with financial policies and grant requirements, timely payments to vendors, and accurate reporting and documentation.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily invoicing and billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
· Prepare and submit invoices based on contract and grant guidelines.
· Monitor accounts receivable and payable, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain thorough records.
· Generate financial and billing reports and assist with month-end closing activities.
· Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and grant regulations.
· Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve billing issues.
· Support special projects, including reconciliations and grant-related accounting tasks.
· Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) to manage billing functions.
