Troy Rudd is Chief Financial Officer, for AECOM (NYSE: ACM), a premier, fully integrated infrastructure firm that designs, builds, finances and operates assets for governments, businesses and organizations in more than 150 countries. In this position, Mr. Rudd oversees the company’s global financial operations — including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, insurance, shared services, internal audit, tax, and treasury. He is also a member of AECOM’s Executive Leadership Team at the enterprise level. Mr. Rudd has held a series of financial leadership roles since joining AECOM in 2009, including responsibility for AECOM’s treasury, corporate controllership and financial reporting, risk and controls, tax and shared services functions, Rudd has been instrumental in advancing AECOM’s growth initiatives. He drove efforts to raise capital to fund the AECOM/URS transaction, and was a key member of the team that led the largest integration component involving the DCS Americas group. Prior to joining AECOM, Mr. Rudd was a partner for 10 years with KPMG, where he held leadership roles and served many of the firm’s most-valued clients, including Time Warner, Computer Sciences and Northrop Grumman.

Batrack joined our predecessor in 1980 and was named Chairman in January 2008. He has served as our Chief Executive Officer and a director since November 2005 and as our President since October 2008. Batrack has served in numerous capacities over the last 30 years, including project scientist, project manager, operations manager, senior vice president, and president of an operating unit. He has managed complex programs for many small and Fortune 500 clients, both in the United States and internationally. Batrack holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

B Narayanan is a President and CEO at Carollo Engineers and is based in Walnut Creek, California. He studied at University of Illinois between 1988 and 1990, Indian Institute of Technology/Madras between 1984 and 1988, and University of California Berkeley between 1998 and 2003.

Timothy 'Tim' Wall is a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at CDM Smith and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Mahmoud is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience. He started his career as a Civil/Geotechnical Engineer and later broadened his experience to cover many segments of the Engineering and Construction (E&C) industry, working for both privately held and public E&C companies. He has had a successful career leading global engineering, consulting and construction businesses operating in the environment, infrastructure, power, manufacturing, mining, and oil & gas sectors. Dr. Mahmoud has built a strong reputation in the industry for leading, turning around, and building businesses.

Pat, a Professional Engineer (MA) who has been with GZA for 28 years, is GZA's President and CEO. He has led many of GZA’s largest and most complex geoenvironmental projects, including design/build and guaranteed fixed price remediation efforts. He most recently served as one of GZA’s four Operations Officers, who are responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the firm, and as a member of GZA’s Executive Team. Prior to that, he managed the company’s Metro Boston operations and held several other leadership positions, including two terms on the Board of Directors, member of all Board Committees, and chair of the Audit and Compensation Committees. He enjoys basketball, boating, volunteering, and all types of engineering challenges. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife Jill and their two children.
