How You Will Contribute: * Communicate resources within Brown & Brown to round out clients (Pharmacy, Retirement, Commercial, etc.) * Drive the Client Service Cycle * Independently manage accounts increasing in complexity and funding type based on experience * Maintains direct account responsibility and is a strategic relationship manager and client liaison * Responsible for retention for an assigned group of clients * Provide guidance, training and mentorship to new hires, service teammates, team resources and anyone that needs assistance * Work closely with teammates and resources to prioritize workflow, ensure accountability and follow-through * Address and resolve internal and external challenges * Keep clients well-informed of compliance related issues * Identify client needs, provide solutions while leading and managing strategic objectives for clients * Work with teammates to ensure compliance with all I/O Standards * Develop, cultivate and maintain positive relationships within the Houston office, with clients and with vendor partners * Leverage Brown & Brown's resources (The Spot), available tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), established work products and knowledge to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in client deliverables * Manage client and vendor expectations to ensure timely delivery of requests * Drive and foster innovation. The Technical Assistant is responsible for assisting the account managers with the day-to-day servicing of accounts while learning about the Insurance industry. How You Will Contribute: Issue certificates of insurance Check endorsements for accuracy, invoice and deliver to client. Check audits for accuracy, invoice, and delivery to client. Prepare policy delivery books for clients. Prepare Proposals of Insurance using the agency management system and Microsoft Word. Order loss runs from various carriers or obtain them from the carrier website. Perform routine administrative tasks. Pursues a course of personal, professional development.     We are seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Personal Lines team! In this role, you will assist Account Managers and Producers in servicing assigned Personal Lines accounts in accordance with the company's practices, policies, and procedures. You will play a key part in supporting client retention, maintaining strong carrier relationships, and delivering exceptional day-to-day service.
