Qualifications Required Skills & Experience Minimum Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Networking, or similar curriculum, or equivalent educational and practical work experience. 2+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or a similar role. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware (printers, scanners, tablets) and Windows-based PCs. Familiarity with VPN setup and troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration. Preferred Skills Experience with Zebra printers and barcode scanning devices. Basic understanding of web-based applications and backend error troubleshooting. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
