There is not too much to mention that is good working for this company.
They don’t listen to their drivers. There are problems with their buses and they don’t fix them, safety issues. They encourage safety but don’t practice it. Student management is a major problem, the training is ineffective in solving student issues. Aides need to be put on the buses to deal with the students. Also disciplinary action for the students is also handed down to the driver, a task in most places that is supposed to be handled by management.
