Complies with agency privacy practices/procedures and all state/federal privacy laws as outlined by HIPAA related to client and employee records, to include but not limited to information accessed through any company web-based system and/or electronic medical records. Demonstrates teamwork and prompt and regular attendance to work to ensure that quality care and services are provided to the clients we serve. Complies with and adheres to the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by the Bloodborne Pathogens Standards. Work schedule includes 4-day, 10-hour shifts, with 1st shift from 5:45 AM to 4:15 PM and 2nd shift from 4 PM to 2:30 AM. Most 2nd shift positions include a Sunday and Friday. The facility is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Approximately 200 personnel are onsite, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and shipping/receiving coordinators.
