WHAT YOU WILL DO:
SUMMARY: Manufacturing Supervisor for the Covington Ice Cream facility. The position will be part of a team of Supervisors responsible for the site. Overall responsibility for current and future manufacturing performance (safety, quality, and efficiency of either the Refinery or Packaging operation) using the Ice Cream Management System operating framework. Direct responsibility for all Hourly Production Employees, and all hourly employees on off-shifts. Additionally, the Supervisor will work on continuous improvement projects both individually and on teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing manufacturing activities during the designated shift by leading and motivating shift employees in all areas including safety, quality, efficiency, and cost. Accountable for general supervisory coverage for all shifts. Includes schedule coordination, labor / crewing, safety, quality, site security, and behavioral management.
Protection of employee's health and safety by meeting legislative requirements, providing instruction regarding safety procedures, and ensuring compliance of all regulatory and plant safety rules.
Develops plans and activities to meet plant targets, which include but are not limited to functional responsibilities and other projects that are established for cost reduction, yield improvements and efficiency gains.
Accountable for the productivity of the site during off-shifts. Includes provision of some technical expertise, contacting appropriate resources for issue resolution, providing alternative duties in the event of breakdown or material shortage, monitoring general performance and behavior of employees, and adjusting crewing or call-in replacements as necessary.
Maintaining good industrial relationships by ensuring correct administration of the labor procedures and use of a proactive problem-solving approach.
Provide leadership and support to Ice Cream Manufacturing System (ICMS) mission and ensure that objectives are met and returns on investment are evident.
Facilitate required training programs to employees. (SHE, QA, Autonomous Maintenance, etc.)
Regularly cascades/communicates Site targets and goals from the Leadership Team to shift crews, consistently and accurately.
Support quality and food safety programs including GMP, HACCP and FSSC-22000.
Attend, participate, and complete the required trainings for the programs implemented in the company
Participate and / or support in the Internal and External Audits

Qualifications
High School Diploma Required
Bachelor's Degree Preferred (preferably technical in nature).
At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a manufacturing capacity.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing a safety culture, high speed packaging, food manufacturing, GMP, HACCP.
Able to work on nights consistently but also flexible in covering vacation gaps on other shifts
Excellent communication skills, and a natural leader. Someone who can guide and mentor and a team.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP is an asset
Advanced troubleshooting skills and aptitude for getting things done.
A solid foundation and background of production procedures is required.

Report to Principal/Supervisor
To give full, willing and helpful cooperation in carrying out all reasonable instructions or extra assignments which are given by the principal before, after and during the school day
To give instruction to the students in the areas assigned by the Board, Superintendent, and Principal
To record accurately the number of students present and absent each day in the manner prescribed by the Board, Superintendent and principal
To follow state and local course of study, to follow rules and regulations of the state and policies of the local Board, and to follow school rules and policies established by the principal
To maintain cordial relationships with the home, parent(s) and community
To keep parent(s) duly informed of the child's progress and hold conferences with parent(s) when necessary
To report to the principal of the school when one knows or reasonably suspects that a child's health or welfare has been or appears to have been harmed as a result of abuse or neglect
Establish and maintain satisfactory, respectful working relationships within the school environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Summary/Objective
The EDI / Integrations Project Assistant supports the coordination of client and TPA onboarding, ongoing partner relationships, and EDI-related initiatives in support of DCS's 340B/PHS programs. This role provides administrative and operational support to project analysts, managers, and other team members to ensure smooth communication, documentation, and task tracking across stakeholders. This is not a technical or sales role but instead provides essential support to ensure timelines, deliverables, and documentation are well-managed and maintained.
Essential Functions
Partner & Client Support
Support day-to-day communications with TPAs, covered entities, and pharmacies under the guidance of project leads.
Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for onboarding sessions and requirement-gathering meetings.
Help maintain partner contact lists, file schedules, and communication plans.
Project Coordination
Assist with tracking project plans, milestones, and issues/risks logs.
Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and maintain decision/action logs.
Support user acceptance testing coordination by tracking test cases, logging defects, and following up with stakeholders.
Help maintain go-live checklists and documentation for implementation and post-launch reviews.
Operational & Administrative Support
Monitor incoming service tickets and assist with initial triage and assignment to relevant teams.
Track and document file exceptions and communications between internal teams and external partners.
Help maintain project documentation including playbooks, process overviews, and FAQs.
Data Quality & Compliance Assistance
Support periodic data review efforts (e.g., eligibility and replenishment reconciliations) by gathering inputs and organizing results.
Log technical questions and assist in routing them to subject matter experts; help track resolutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with lead project analyst, the EDI team, and IT to support delivery of partner requirements.
Assist finance and operations teams with data preparation and formatting tasks in Microsoft D365.
Contribute to reporting efforts by compiling status updates and project summaries.

Required Education & Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Health Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in administrative, project coordination, or client support roles.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Organized and detail-oriented with ability to follow through on tasks independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, or EDI-related environments.
Familiarity with 340B programs and/or TPAs (e.g., Macro Helix, Sentry, Verity).
Basic understanding of EDI file types or data exchange concepts.
Experience using Microsoft D365 or similar tools.
