Install and repair electrical equipment on cell phone towers Work closely with construction crews and Project Managers to meet deadlines Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems Be responsible for the electrical installation that meets client standards for the quality of work, with an emphasis on meeting the budgeted hours available. Be knowledgeable of all aspects of electrical construction materials and control equipment that make up the field installation part of a cell tower site Interprets drawings, sketches, software, plans and determines best work procedures, tools, equipment needed to troubleshoot and repair problems Inspect cell tower sites for compliance with plans and specifications, point out deficiencies, coach and take corrective action as needed. Provides training, direction, and mentorship to our Electrical Apprentice/Construction Crews. Promote safety on the jobsite in connection with the installation and service work.
