Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP) is launched in 2003, selling off the industrial division to Camoplast, to focus entirely on manufacturing a variety of recreational vehicles.

With its launch of the 2006 ATV line-up, BRP dramatically shifts its focus to the ATV enthusiast market, offering a higher level of handling, power and performance than its competitors.
In May, Bombardier ATV becomes Can-Am ATV. BRP launches its 2007 all-terrain vehicle line-up and re-brands its ATV segment to Can-Am.
In 2007 BRP set out to conquer the open road – the company’s last frontier.
And the company continues to invest heavily in the future, extending the production hall in 2007, and promoting employee health through the construction of a fitness center.
BRP reinforces its presence in Mexico by establishing a network of direct sales for Can-Am and Sea-Doo products starting on November 1, 2008
