Experience in precision machining, metal fabrication, or industrial manufacturing preferred. Proven success managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment.
