Responsibilities This position is being offered as a Hybird role out of our Billerica, MA location. Summary: Reporting to the HR Service Delivery Manager, Americas, this role provides direct support to Bruker employees, company management and multiple HR groups, as part of Bruker's HR Operations Team Americas. The HR Service Delivery Team, Americas, functions as a centralized HR resource for Bruker's business entities in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. The HR Service Delivery Specialist I role will provide opportunities to gain hands on experience in a multitude of HR areas, including New Hire Onboarding, General HR Operations and Administration, Data Management, Labor Law Compliance, and more. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding: Prepare offer letters and employment agreements. Through external vendors, conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications. Complete I-9 and E-Verify transactions. Conduct new hire orientations. HRIS Management: Process employee data transactions related to job requisitions, hiring, onboarding, transfers, personal and other related changes, including compensation and terminations.Documentation and Process Improvement: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including electronic personnel files and I-9 documents. Identifies opportunities for process and/or systems improvement, recommend, initiate and/or implement improvement activities. Compliance and Audits: Assist with personnel record audits and generating reports, including I-9 audits and EEO-1 filings. Ensure confidentiality and proper maintenance of all personnel files and documentation. Projects: Support M&A Activity. Manage Invoice Approvals for Vendors engaged by the HR Service Delivery Team.
