Pros of working at Bruno Independent Living Aids

Leaving is the only good thing about this place.

Cons of working at Bruno Independent Living Aids

This place has the maturity level of a middle school. People draw obscene pics on everything including personal tools. Management is terrible and doesn’t communicate with employees in any fashion. The maintenance department is the laziest of any place I’ve ever worked they refuse to work Saturdays or till production stops leaving employees to fend for themselves when equipment breaks and they feel like leaving their computers to fix it. Pay is the bottom of the scale for welders if you want to call them that. This is a grinding shop don’t let them kid you . Robots weld parts you grind them . Equipment is outdated and poorly maintained. They lie about raises and incentives to get you to do stuff then never deliver. This place is absolutely disgusting employees wipe buggers and fecal matter constantly on bathroom walls and it’s never cleaned off. Bed bugs in the locker rooms.
