Position Overview:
As part of the talented Freedom Boat Club Operations team, the Dock Experience Manager serves as the primary leader at the location level to ensure consistent delivery of remarkable member and employee experiences while driving accountability of fleet condition and exceeding performance expectations. In addition to running the daily logistics of the area location(s) you will be expected to perform all duties required of the Dock Staff. This position is full-time and requires availability on weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Ensure employees are completing tasks in Fleetio including but not limited to inspections, issues/incidents, work orders, inventory, and ordering parts/supplies to ensure all needs are being addressed in a timely manner
Create and execute a weekly cleaning and maintenance schedule to ensure all vessels are maintained at the best possible condition. Take ownership of one model vessel per location.
Submit work orders to the Maintenance Operations Center to ensure all fleet needs are being addressed in a timely manner
Maintain KPIs at each location including reservation reports, usage reports, and time sheets
Maintain and manage operating budget and control costs for each location
Maintain accurate fuel logs and ensure all vessels are fueled regularly
Acquaint yourself with local marina managers/harbor master's and promote a positive working relationship in all marinas
Become familiar with local waterways and popular boating destinations surrounding your club and adhere to all safety policies
Provide process improvement input and suggestions to your manager
Ensure personal appearance and uniform guidelines are being adhered to
Responsible for all safety performance at each location; Operate within prescribed safety SOPs, and proactively ensure member and employee safety

Position Summary/Overview
This position requires someone who is motivated and driven to deliver the right solution and owns the customer experience. The ideal candidates will be strong communicators who can evaluate submissions and discuss cases as they pertain to the patient's history, physical exam and clinical diagnostics. The applicant will be a board certified veterinary clinical pathologist who will be able to read and interpret cytology, blood films, urinalysis and other microscopic samples for consult and cytology results in 15-30 minutes / case.

Position Overview:
As a Test Technician at Mercury Environmental Research Center located in Englewood Florida, you will provide support in corrosion testing product and contribute to general facility maintenance.

Essential Functions:
Conduct component and assembly testing. Tests include standard and customized salt water environmental and corrosion testing, UV environmental testing, and controlled chamber corrosion testing.
Utilize a database system to record and communicate environmental and corrosion test data.
Receive, organize, store, and ship test components and assemblies.
Perform minor assembly and disassembly on test items and construct test fixtures.
Perform normal facility maintenance on docks, grounds, and buildings.
Participate in preparing the facility for storms.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; Associates of Applied Science preferred
Experience or knowledge of the marine/boating industry
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn computer systems for data entry and communication purposes.
Self-motivate and carry out tasks with accuracy and professionalism under minimal supervision.
Able to follow processes with precision and communicate issues in verbal and written form.
Requires working in an outdoor saltwater environment subjected to sun and high temperatures.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $46,000-$72,200 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.

Position Overview
The Level 2 Systems Technician is a skilled field technician responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting mid-to-advanced AV, networking, automation, and low-voltage systems in luxury residential environments.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently on site while also supporting Level 1 technicians and collaborating with senior team members.
Responsibilities
Installation & Configuration
Install AV, network, lighting control, automation, and low-voltage systems
Assist with rack building, equipment wiring, panel terminations, and system integration
Configure devices such as switches, WAPs, matrixes, amplifiers, and smart home components
Support provisioning and system setup under guidance from Level 3 technicians or programming team
Fieldwork & Client Support
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and on-site diagnostics
Support clients with system orientation and minor system adjustments
Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Guide and mentor Level 1 technicians when needed
Communicate clearly with project managers and engineers
Report project progress, issues, and field conditions
Represent ETC Florida professionally in clients' homes
Requirements
2-4+ years of experience in AV, low-voltage integration, smart home systems, or networking
Proficiency with wiring, terminations, troubleshooting, and device installation
Experience with:
- Home automation platforms (Crestron, Control4, Savant, etc. preferred)
- Lighting control systems (Lutron, Vantage a plus)
- Residential networking (routers, switches, WAPs)
Strong understanding of signal flow, cable management, and best practices
Ability to read wiring diagrams, floor plans, and line drawings
Comfortable in both active construction sites and high-end residences
Clean driving record and professional appearance
Strong communication and client-facing skills

Position Overview:
As part of the talented Freedom Boat Club team, you will be working by the water, with our large variety fleet of boats, as a customer-focused team member! Freedom Boat Club is the nation's oldest and largest private member boat club, and we are looking for friendly and upbeat individuals to greet members and work on the docks. This position is part-time and requires availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Thank guests with genuine appreciation
Make and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette
Manage the check-in and check-out process using a handheld tablet
Perform equipment checks to make sure all necessary equipment is functional and on board
Clean and maintain vessels and Club location according to company standards
Complete daily clerical work to prepare reservation system, fuel logs and weather reports
Familiarize yourself with local waters in order to provide basic guidance to members
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Ensure your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Follow all company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
Work outside in the state's elements and stand for an extended period of time

Required Qualifications:
