**Position Overview** **:**
As part of the talented Stuart Operations team, you will assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment. Fits, aligns, calibrates, and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements; repairs units or products that have failed to meet requirements.

+ Assembly of components including plastic parts, ball screws, gears, and motors, including final assembly
+ Operate manual machines
+ Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
+ Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process
+ Align material and put together parts to build more complex units

+ Maintain equipment in good condition
+ Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts
+ Maintain a safe work environment by following all company protocols, regulations and procedures

**Working Conditions:**

The anticipated pay range for this position is $14.00 - $19.00, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.

Position Summary
Responsible for assembling purchased parts and the various pieces that go together to form a finished product. The assembly associate will use various hand tools and power tools, in conjunction with their hands, to complete the job.

Responsibilities
