We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner & Manufacturing Systems Administrator to join our team. This dual-role position is critical in ensuring efficient production scheduling and supporting our manufacturing data systems. You'll collaborate across departments to align production with sales goals and maintain the integrity of our shop floor and Andon systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage production schedules in coordination with sales, manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics teams.
Track and report on schedule attainment and provide weekly updates during Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
Administer and support manufacturing data systems, including shop floor and Andon systems.
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of data collection and reporting tools.
Train team members on system usage and ensure data accuracy and effectiveness.
Analyze and model data using Excel, Business Objects, or other analytical tools to support operational decisions.
Support cross-functional data and reporting needs across the organization.
Ensure all duties are performed safely in a manufacturing environment with appropriate PPE.
Required and Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of manufacturing process flow and production planning.
Bachelor's degree (2- or 4-year) preferred.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) projects is a plus.
Self-starter with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
High standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
Working Conditions:
Standard office environment with ability to work on shop floor as needed. Office environment is climate controlled.
Shop floor is non-climate controlled. Temperature fluctuates with outside environmental conditions, such as air temperature, radiant heat from sunlight, air movement, and humidity levels.
The noise level in the office environment is minimal. The noise level on the shop floor is usually moderate.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $57,700.00 to $92,600.00, annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.

Position Overview:
As part of the talented Assembly team, you will be a skilled and detail-oriented professional responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing various components to construct boats, watercraft, or marine vessels. The role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes, hand tools, and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately. Boat assemblers play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the finished product.

Essential Functions:
Boat Assembly: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to assemble boats. Assemble various boat components, including hulls, decks, cabins, bulkheads, and other structural elements.
Installation and Fitment: Ensure proper alignment and fitting of components, including using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to achieve precise tolerances.
Quality Control: Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects, inaccuracies, or deviations from specifications. Address any issues promptly and collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high-quality standards.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize workplace accidents and maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents to supervisors immediately.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other boat assemblers, technicians, engineers, and designers to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow. Provide support assistance and Training for colleagues when required.
Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and care for assembly tools, equipment, and machinery. Report any malfunctions or the need for repairs to the appropriate department and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Time Management: Complete assigned tasks within specified time frames to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting ideas for increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing the overall boat assembly process.
Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the assembly process, implementing appropriate solutions to maintain production schedules.
Adherence to Regulations: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and quality standards to produce boats that meet legal and customer requirements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, inspections, and any modifications made during production.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1+ years of related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to read/hear, interpret and/or understand instructions given verbally or written and exchange

Proactive team player who is a self-starter with constant attention to improvement.

This role will require a high level of energy, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Materials Resources Planning (MRP) software and systems

Working Conditions:
Shop floor working environment.
Shop floor is non-climate controlled. Temperature fluctuates with outside environmental conditions, such as air temperature, radiant heat from sunlight, air movement, and humidity levels.
Frequent exposure to high-temperatures, including a hot and humid environment, especially during summer months.
Noise level is moderate with intervals of spikes
Required to wear safety glasses, and utilize other safety equipment and personal protect equipment (PPE) while present on the production/shop floor.
Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, resins, fiberglass dust & cloths, epoxy, composites, and other chemicals. •
Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of times.
Ability to regularly bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch, reach, climb, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Shifts:
Typically, this position works a 4 - 10 hr a day work week.
*Overtime may be required based on scheduling needs. Boston Whaler reserves the right to adjust shifts and work times as business needs evolve.
*An hourly premium shift differential is available for employees working night shift.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

Demonstrated patient care experience.

The Fiberglass Finisher will be responsible for repairs of fiberglass boat hulls, decks and small parts. They are key drivers of delivering a flawless product by using a variety of skills. They will be responsible for inspection and have an understanding of fiberglass finishing. They will need to use a variety of tools which include but not limited to: spray guns, buffers, grinders, drills and/or other specialty tools and fixtures.

Responsibilities:
• Repairs fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and small parts using spray gun with paint, buffer with wax, polish, compound, fillers, putty, and/or paste
• Hand tools may include gel-coat spray equipment, grinders, buffer, drill, or other specialty tools and fixtures
• Responsible for parts inspection and have an understanding of fiberglass finish or basic use of abrasives

Produce original video and photo content as well as copy for our brands' social media channels including Instagram, Reels, Facebook and others
Strong understanding of content that performs on social channels with the ability to adapt our content so it can be used across those different channels
Monitor current social media trends for potential brand fit
Partner with cross-functional teams-including social media managers and brand marketing leads-to translate strategies into compelling content, ensure alignment across channels, and analyze performance to continuously optimize what's working
Collaborate with the social governance team to champion compliance, uphold social media legal policies, and guide best practices that keep our content both creative and compliant
Strong understanding of capabilities within the various social platforms and how to leverage them

Required Qualifications:
Portfolio or proven experience in content creation for social (reel, portfolio website, links to live content)

Knows how to shoot content on iPhone
Ability to take direction, work independently, and collaborate effectively
Excellent time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

The anticipated pay range for this position is $69,000 - $110,500 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Position Overview
The Group Leader organizes and leads an assigned production team in safely producing quality products efficiently and in accordance with Boston Whaler specifications, procedures, and policies. They will plan, organize, and coordinate daily production in accordance with the master production schedule and in collaboration with other departments.

Counsels team members on job performance. Partners with supervisor to develop performance reviews and recommends promotions or disciplinary action when necessary.

The industrial design team is looking for a full-time design intern to help in developing new boats and driving innovation within our group. Ensure timely and adequate completion of all design projects.
Communicate, organize and interpret design intent to management and engineering team members

Present reasons for recommending one design approach over another
Ensure that manufacturability is incorporated into boat design
Assist engineering with problems, changes, and new techniques

3D model ideas to validate that it COULD work.
Help build mock-ups of your ideas to validate that it DOES work.
Attend design and engineering reviews to give constructive critique and generate ideas.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years towards a bachelor's degree in industrial design
Marine related experience preferred, however not required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Must have completed sophomore year of college in related area of focus.

Infusion Technician - Laminator

Installation of all flow media, vacuum, feed lines, and bagging material
Perform startup procedures in preparation for lamination which involves, identify various molds that are to be infused, locate materials and kits.
Work with various resins, fiberglass materials, and structural adhesives.
Work with the vacuum infusion process
Troubleshoot errors in the infusion process and uncover any possible leaks.
Run and maintain the infusion pump.
Laminate layers of fiberglass on molds by hand, roller, and brush working material into shape, removing air and smoothing surfaces.
Apply bonding and structural stiffening materials according to blueprints and work instructions.
Debag and prepare for secondary bonding.
Follow housekeeping and safety procedures
Qualifications

Position Overview:
As part of the talented Boston Whaler team, you will provide leadership and supervision to a team of supervisors, team leads, support staff and production employees in a manufacturing setting to ensure optimal value stream performance. Apply Lean and continuous improvement methods to achieve goals and implement all activities across departments. Identify/prioritize/provide resources to assist the Operations Director to meet the annual operating plan and budgetary commitments.

Position Overview:
As part of the talented Brunswick Boat Group Technology Center team, you will be responsible for the engineering and integration of mechanical and propulsion system designs for all Brunswick Boat Group Technology Center programs. This will include the use of Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools to generate 3D surface models for components and layout of the mechanical systems.

Complete engineering of assigned boat systems including fuel system, fresh water, raw water, black water, A/C, hydraulic steering system, power generation, water maker, refrigeration system, air heater system, drainage, etc.
Complete engineering of purchased parts and hardware development.
Lead internal and external engineering reviews to ensure systems meet performance expectations.
Provide accurate material and component specification for the sourcing of new and replacement components.
Work with suppliers on the development of new systems and components to ensure continuous improvement in the quality and value of our boat systems.
Ensure that new designs and components meet the cost, performance and functional requirements on new boat programs.
Generate engineering drawings for new designs and approve all documentation prior to release.
Generate, review, and approve engineering change notices (ECNs) as required.
Participate in manufacturing integration activities to ensure successful launches of new products and technologies as well as continuous improvement activities.
Support manufacturing and customer service on issues resolution.
Ensure that designs have been fully validated and that they meet necessary system specifications and performance requirements/.
Utilize warranty data to identify issues related to mechanical systems for mitigation purposes.
Provide technical evaluations and reports on issues for customer service and field problems.
Ensure compliance with all necessary industry, domestic, and international government regulations.
Ensure that all materials used in the manufacture of finished products have been tested and approved for quality and reliability.
Perform final system design verification tests as needed.
Ensure timely and adequate completion of all applicable phases of project
Apply relevant voice of the customer and systems engineering input to designs
Must be willing to travel (minimum 10%)

Computer Aided Design experience required (Siemens NX preferred and/or experience with SolidWorks, Catia, Creo or Pro-E)

Position Overview:
As part of the talented Pre Fab team, you will be a skilled and detail-oriented professional responsible for utilizing tools while cutting kits from a variety of materials such as fiberglass, wood and bulk materials. You will need to read blueprints, schematics and bills of material to provide the essential kits to our line of legendary boats.

Noise level is moderate with intervals of spikes

Position Overview:
As part of the talented Brunswick Boat Group Technology Center team, you will be facilitating the development engineering, prototyping, validation, and integration for new Brunswick Boat Group Technology Center programs. Works with a team of engineers and PD&E management to ensure new boats are meeting the design intent, program deliverables and schedules are on track, and issues are being resolved prior to production release.

* Lead the development engineering activities for new product and facilitate engineering design reviews throughout Phase 3.
* Manage the engineering contribution to the New Parts Matrix (NPM) and ensure engineers are keeping the NPM up to date.

* Work with Engineering, Prototype, and Manufacturing to resolve issues during the prototype build to prepare for a successful launch in to production.
* Assist the engineering team and program managers with approving vendor purchased parts for production.
* Generate engineering drawings for new designs and approve all prints for boat release.
* Lead manufacturing integration activities to ensure successful launches of new products and technologies as well as continuous improvement activities
* Generate 3D surface models of decks, liners, and small parts to be utilized for 5-axis milling and tooling design
* Complete engineering of assigned areas of a boat including fiberglass design, purchased parts and hardware development, mechanical system/hose routing, electrical layout, etc.
* Design, engineer, and validate complex hinges and mechanisms for supplier fabrication using 3D models and 2D specification drawings
* Provide accurate material and component specification for the sourcing of new and replacement components
* Work with suppliers on the development of new systems and components to ensure continuous improvement in the quality and value of our boats systems
* Ensure that new designs and components meet the cost, performance, and functional requirements of the new and enhancement boat programs
* Generate, review, and approve engineering change notices (ECNs) as required
* Ensure that designs have been fully validated and that they meet necessary system specifications and performance requirements
* Utilize warranty data to identify issues related to mechanical systems for mitigation purposes
* Provide technical evaluations and reports on issues for customer service and field problems
* Ensure compliance with all necessary industry, domestic, and international government regulations
* Ensure that all materials used in the manufacture of finished products have been tested and approved for quality and reliability
* Perform final system design verification tests as needed
* Ensure timely and adequate completion of all applicable phases of project
* Apply relevant Voice of the Customer and systems engineering input to designs
* Must be willing to travel (minimum 10%)

* Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related discipline

* Computer Aided Design experience required (Siemens NX preferred and/or experience with SolidWorks, Catia, Creo or Pro-E)
* 3-D solid and free-surface modelling skills required
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects tasks and provide direction to an engineering and product assembly team.
* Boating experience is desired
* Lean Six Sigma certification or experience is a plus
