Job Description About the Role: The Delivery Driver plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and company reputation. This position requires navigating various routes efficiently while handling goods with care to prevent damage. The driver will operate different types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport products safely. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintain compliance with transportation regulations. Ultimately, the role demands reliability, physical stamina, and excellent organizational skills to manage deliveries in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications: Valid driver's license. No traffic tickets or accidents for at least the past 5 years. Proven experience in driving box trucks and vans. Ability to read and interpret maps and GPS navigation systems. Physical capability to lift and carry heavy weights regularly. Reliable personal transportation to and from the work location. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced delivery or logistics environment. Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with others. Previous experience standing for extended periods during loading and unloading. Responsibilities: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery of goods to customers.
