After all of that you realize many carrier's won't give you a chance because you don't have at least 1 year's OTR experience. We will. We will also pay you competitive wages while you go through our 30 day hands on training, helping mold you into a good safe driver. For 30 days straight we will take you all over the country, giving you the valuable training you need. During training you will be paid a salary of $650. Once you have completed our 30 day OTR training you will come home then take 2-5 days off to unwind. After which you will be assigned your company truck and start earning $1,200-$1400 a week on average depending on which run you choose. We offer OTR, regional runs. In some of the largest city's we also have local positions. After you apply we will call and do a short phone interview with you. Once approved for Orientation we then get you scheduled for Orientation. You'll spend 1 1/2 days in orientation. After training is completed, you will be able to obtain experienced driver level and obtain higher paying dedicated, regional and OTR runs ect. Manage student behavior and report student discipline problems in a timely manner to appropriate administrator. 7. Communicate with teachers and parents regarding student behavior while on bus. Routes and Schedules 8. Complete and maintain accurate, updated, and timely records and reports including route sheet and daily non-notification forms. Safety 9. Operate equipment according to established safety procedures. Make sure that seat belts, harnesses, or car seats are used correctly and help students use safety devises when needed. 10. Follow emergency procedures including evacuation of students as needed and assist driver to administer first aid, if necessary. 11.
