    We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Orthopedic Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role includes caring for a diverse patient population, including those undergoing total joint replacements and orthopedic procedures. Nurses will work in a unit with telemetry monitored in a centralized location and will be supported by patient care technicians and transporters. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to medical-surgical and orthopedic patients. Monitor patient telemetry and vital signs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy and social services. Participate in discharge planning and patient education. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical-surgical or orthopedic unit. Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
