Qualifications Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent working experience. Minimum 8+ years of experience in a Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst or Product Manager role in Salesforce implementations and support. Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Quote-to-Cash, Opportunity-to-Invoice, Service Contracts, and Entitlement processes within Salesforce and integrated platforms like NetSuite. Mandatory prior experience with Salesforce CPQ Cloud. Certification in Salesforce CPQ is highly preferred. Experience in end-to-end product configuration and pricing setup, including standalone, bundled, and nested bundle products, product rules, attributes, guided selling, pricing and discounting rules. Good understanding of Advanced Approvals configuration(Quote/Quote Line level approvals, Smart Approvals) Proven capability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and perform data analysis. Previous Agile methodology experience: backlog grooming, sprint demos, Agile modeling sessions, and sprint planning/retrospectives.
