Bsquare company history timeline
Bsquare was founded in 1994 by William and Elizabeth Baxter.
In 2008, Bsquare acquired TestQuest, expanding the company's testing automation capabilities.
Prior to taking these roles in 2010, Davin held operations analysis roles with Capital One Financial Corporation as well as leadership positions with enterprise software company Trilogy and its spin-off, pcOrder.com.
In 2011, Bsquare acquired British-based company MPC Data Limited, expanding into the software sector in the United Kingdom and Europe.
Prior to this, he served as the CFO for Big Fish Games Incorporated, a leading provider of casual games from 2014 to present.
Robert Chamberlain has been a Director since August 2015 and serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Mary Jesse has been a Director since August 2016.
Prior to joining Bsquare, Ralph was president and CEO of Carena, a pioneer in the development of virtual health care delivery until its acquisition by Avizia in 2017.
Ryan Vardeman has been a director since June 2018.
Ralph served as SVP of Corporate Development until Avizia’s acquisition by American Well in July 2018.
Ralph joined Bsquare in March 2019 as president, CEO, and board member.
He is also a member of the 2019 cohort for Leadership Tomorrow, an organizing that develops leaders across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to address systemic inequities in the Puget Sound region.
