BTS is seeking a Chief of Staff/ Director of Compliance to act as a liaison, resolve issues, and ensure clear communication between the C-Suite and company staff. AVAILABLE UPON CONTRACT AWARD Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility BTS Software Solutions is seeking Foreign Disclosure Representatives to prepare and process foreign disclosure requests and propose recommendations to the Government per U.S. disclosure and release policies and guidance. The FDR reviews various products for release, ensuring All-Sources have been identified and appropriate security classification markings are applied and verifies sources against product content. The FDR maintains record archives of disclosure requests and adjudications and responds to requests for data; proposes disclosures or releases of information after technical and substantive reviews of information; advises on foreign disclosure policy and procedures in accordance with the Foreign Disclosure program; and tracks and maintains records for decisions concerning disclosure. The FDR possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in IC and DoD policies and procedures for determining the releasability of classified information. These positions support the J2 both CONUS at Ft Liberty, NC and OCONUS/TDY at a fixed location, on a 6-month rotational basis. The All-Source Intelligence Analyst(ASIA) will perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements. ISSJ III Captured Enemy Material (CEM) Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) AVAILABLE UPON CONTRACT AWARD Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility BTS Software Solutions is seeking Captured Enemy Material (CEM) Analysts who shall participate in the exploitation and provide analysis of CEM related documents and media. The CEM Analyst shall have advanced analytic capabilities to identify, assess, and report on enemy capabilities and tactics in support of target development and warning and the production of all-source strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence analysis. CEM Analyst shall produce intelligence products associated with researching, analyzing, evaluating, and publishing routine intelligence studies, plans, and or products and collaborates with other analysts throughout the DoD and the Intelligence Community on forecasts and assessments. Required Qualifications: * A minimum of eight (8) years of experience performing analytical intelligence related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent Inter-Agency (IA) operational community. The CEM SME shall have no less than five (5) years of operational analysis in their analytical field. * Advanced skill sets with the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze and Disseminate (F3EAD) targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products. * Advanced skill sets with the Intelligence Cycle, High Value Individuals (HVI) Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis, Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE) and data-at-rest. * Employ their expert knowledge and understanding of analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to intelligence operations. * Expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information related to targeting. ISSJ III All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) Journeyman AVAILABLE UPON CONTRACT AWARD Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility BTS Software Solutions is seeking All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) who will be responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff. The All-Source Intelligence Analyst (ASIA) will perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements. The All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) must possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions. The All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) shall demonstrate level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations) and the proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in the below qualifications. Some ASIA billets will be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours. Required Qualifications: * Minimum of four (4) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required. * Strong working knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends. * Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools. * Demonstrate some experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Captain (O-3) / GS-13 level or higher.
