I’m a senior global leader who drives transformational value creation in the financial, fintech, telecom and consumer goods sectors. During a 30+ year career, I’ve set strategy and led growth acceleration involving retail and digital transformations, organic expansion, turnarounds and the acquisition and integration of new businesses. My track record covers multiple continents and countries. The importance I place on integrity, accountability and diversity has helped me navigate different cultures and markets around the globe. On March, 2020, I was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer, and member of the board of directors of ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ:ACIW), a global leading provider of real-time electronic payment and banking solutions to leading banks, financial institutions and corporations around the world. From 2019 to February 2020, I was an Operating Partner at Advent International, one of the world’s largest private equity funds with $54.3B in assets under management across 41 countries. Prior to it, with a 17 years tenure at the Western Union Corporation (WU), the global leader in cross-border and cross-currency money movement, I advanced through increasingly significant general management roles. In my last position, as President Western Union Global Money Transfer, I led Western Union’s $5B global consumer retail and digital business across 200+ countries and territories. My experience at Western Union includes profitable growth acceleration of the global consumer business, transformational growth in Latin America through organic expansion and successful M&A and short-term turnarounds to restore growth across markets in the U.S., Europe, Middle East, Africa, Mexico and the Caribbean. It also includes leading digital transformation which established Western Union as the global digital leader in cross-border consumer money transfer. I am also a member of the board of directors of Millicom International (NASDAQ:TIGO), a $6B international provider of cable and mobile services to 50M+ consumers in Latin America and Africa. A native of Brazil, I’ve lived and worked in cities in the U.S., Canada and Brazil. I am fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Craig leads the Bottomline organization in its mission to transform the way businesses pay and get paid. A strategic global business executive with extensive expertise in fintech, payments and software, Craig has a proven track record of optimizing enterprise, mission critical software and processing organizations for profitability and growth. Through several C-suite roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, as well as advisory capacities across startup, private equity, enterprise, and consulting companies worldwide, he is recognized for establishing strategy and vision to drive business growth and transformation. Prior to joining Bottomline, Craig served in executive leadership roles at ACI Worldwide, a global payments software company.

Jay Challa is the Chairman and CEO of Ace Info Solutions, Inc. a company based out of Reston, Virginia. He has over 20 years of experience in operations, business development, project management, and technical management. Since he co-founded AceInfo in 2000, he has watched the company grow into a thriving, high quality Federal IT contractor recognized as a leader in the field. Under his leadership and management capabilities, AceInfo has grown from a 2-person, $50,000 revenue company in 2001 to a mid-size company serving the Federal Government market space. The company has won many awards from Federal Government agencies, including the Small Business Contractor of the Year from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the National Directors Award from the U.S. Department of Commerce. Mr. Challa received Fifty Influential Minorities in Business award from Minority Business Enterprise Network in 2006 and was on the cover of the Minority Enterprise Advocate magazine in 2009. Mr. Challa lives in Herndon with his wife Kavita and his daughter and son, Shivani and Varun. Mr. Challa is a PMI-certified PMP and a certified Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia, State of Maryland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. Prior to AceInfo, he worked at consulting companies such as KPMG, BearingPoint, EarthTech (Tyco International Company), and Ed Zublin AG. Mr. Challa began his career as a staff engineer working on military family housing projects in Germany and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and in less than two years, he became the project manager on that account.

Dan Serpico is CEO and President of FusionStorm. He is charged with driving the company's continued growth and profitability. He brings more than twenty-five years of senior executive management experience in high growth organizations from start-ups to enterprises with annual revenues of a half billion dollars. Prior to FusionStorm, Dan was President of Jeskell, an IBM Premier Business Partner, where he was recognized with an IBM leadership award in 2008. Before leading Jeskell, Mr. Serpico was the CFO of FusionStorm (a position he has held for fourteen years). He played a key role in helping the company grow from a local Northern California organization into a national industry leader. Mr. Serpico has also held positions as Vice President of Finance and Administration for The Concorde Group, an enterprise systems reseller, and CFO of Raben Publishing, a Wall-Street backed venture. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with Honors, from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Mr. Serpico was named EMC Partner Executive of the Year for 2010.
