They are required to participate in open communication with all departments within the store and outside of it. When the Store Manager is not present, they are responsible for the team as a whole. REQUIREMENTS: Experience as a Shift Lead at Bento Kitchen + Sushi, or two years as a supervisor 2+ years restaurant experience Clear and concise communication Able to remain calm in stressful situations Able to multitask under high pressure Retain a positive attitude Able to lift minimum of 35 lbs. Able to work nights, weekends and holidays Must be able to hear, see and speak Able to maintain a clean and professional appearance Ability to hear the guests needs, see opportunities to delight our guests, and speak with clarity and confidence Must be able to stand or walk up to eight hours at a time Eager to continue learning and growing
