Kendall Vegetation Services is hiring Bucket Operators in Newark, OH and surrounding areas. The Bucket Operator effectively and safely operates a bucket truck to remove branches and tree material from electrical lines.

Performs daily reporting using AMS system to submit timesheets and billing information.

Education and Experience
Two years' experience in Vegetation Management.
Bucket truck operation experience required.
Knowledge of daily maintenance and safe operations of all equipment used.
Able to hear verbal instructions from a distance.
Must have a driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must have skid steer w/ mulcher operation experience.
Experience in safe operations and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
Must have experience operating woodchipper.
Split dump driving experience preferred.
Position requires employee to be able to pass a background check and drug screen as required for this job.

We are seeking operators to join our growing team. The operator will be responsible for performing their job duties safely and professionally. We are seeking operators to join our growing team. The operator will be responsible for performing their job duties safely and professionally. Being an operator at Ohio Valley Excavating will require you to be able to understand the preventative checklist before starting your shift, understand safe operating procedures, and proper operation of said equipment. Operate various tamping machines as per specifications

As a Power Equipment Operator, you're an essential part of our behind-the-scenes team-keeping things moving so customers get what they need, when they need it. What You Will Do
Operate Equipment Safely: Use different industrial trucks, including stock pickers and reach trucks at heights up to 40 feet. Navigate narrow aisles using power equipment to pick, pull, put away, stack, and count merchandise to meet standards.
Technology: Input data accurately and efficiently using PCs, handheld computers, radio frequency equipment, or similar devices, while mastering area-specific functions across various systems (including warehouse systems and proprietary systems).
Safety: Safely work in narrow aisles and up to 40 feet high with a harness while moving equipment. Report on equipment failures, damage, accidents, and environmental issues affecting safety to the committee promptly.
Team Collaboration: Must be able to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment. Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and People Leaders. Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.

Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, associates).
Ensure freight quality by processing stray and damaged cases; inspecting pallets, shrink wrap, and freight for damage; cutting shrink wrap as needed; and maintaining records, logs, and forms.
Maintain merchandise supply by replenishing pallets of merchandise onto/from racks or docks using warehouse systems or through verbal instructions.
Organize warehouse by using power equipment to remove pallets from pallet returns (e.g., pallet storage, trailers); up-stacking/down-stacking empty pallets; and up-stacking/down-stacking freight.
Manage freight flow by moving, scanning, and handling freight manually and/or with power equipment.
Provide basic maintenance to equipment (e.g., clean, inspect).
