Christophe Beck is president and chief executive officer of Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and vital resources. Prior to becoming president and chief executive officer on Jan. 1, 2021, Beck was Ecolab’s president and chief operating officer. Beck has held several senior leadership roles at Ecolab, including executive vice president and president of the Global Industrial Group; executive vice president and president of Nalco Water, an Ecolab company; and executive vice president and president of International Regions. Previously, Beck was executive vice president and president of Global Integration, overseeing the integration of Nalco following Ecolab’s acquisition of the company in 2011. His earlier roles at Ecolab include executive vice president, Institutional Sector; senior vice president and general manager, Institutional Foodservice - North America; and senior vice president, Corporate Marketing and Strategy. Prior to joining Ecolab in 2007, Beck was senior executive at Nestlé for 16 years, where he ran several of the company’s major businesses. Earlier in his career, he worked on a space shuttle project for the European Space Agency. In 2006, Beck was nominated as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum for his accomplishments and commitment to shape a better world. Beck holds a master’s degree in Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and serves on the institution’s strategic advisory board. Dave Huml is a Chief Executive Officer at TENNANT CO and Board Member at TENNANT CO and is based in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Scott is currently the President & CEO of Culligan International, a global leader in clean water treatment. From 2007 to 2011, he was the President & CEO of GSI, a global agricultural equipment and systems company that was acquired by AGCO in 2011. Prior to GSI, Scott was CEO of Ryko Enterprises, a large vehicle wash system manufacturer. Previously, Scott held a variety of leadership roles at Danaher Corporation, a diversified manufacturing and technology company. Scott holds a B.S. with High Honors from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
