Role Summary: This role manages workforce data to support strategic planning, analytics, and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data handling with a strong attention to data integrity and precision. Responsibilities & Essential Functions include: Data Analytics & Reporting: * Collects, cleans, and validates workforce data to ensure accuracy and consistency. * Calculates and reports data analytics across core HR functions, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations and learning & development. * Assists in the development of dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate trends and insights to business stakeholders. * Documents data definitions, reporting methodologies, and source systems to support data governance and transparency. * Creates templates and tools to streamline data collection and reporting processes. * Coordinates federal reporting requirements, including calculating key metrics and compiling data for VETS-4212. Workforce Planning: * Supports workforce planning cycles by gathering and organizing data inputs. * Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and complete data submission for workforce planning activities. * Monitors the implementation and progress of workforce plans, identifying potential risks or gaps and escalating as needed. * Assists in building and maintaining skills inventories to assess organizational capabilities and identify talent gaps. * Participates in post-cycle reviews to identify opportunities for process improvement and data quality enhancement. Employee Programs: * Administers BuckIdeas payment processing and manages the associated approval workflow to ensure timely and accurate transactions. * Serves as an HR liaison to Buckeye Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), providing support as needed with ERG initiatives. * And other duties as assigned.
