The Wealth Solutions Advisor at Empower works with individual consumers in our Investor Services segment to ignite a plan to document and meet financial goals and consolidate assets with Empower. The Senior Financial Advisor utilizes proper licensing, certifications, and industry leading financial tools to develop a deep understanding of customers and provide solutions to improve their financial outlook.
In this role, you will not manage a book of business, but will focus on providing solutions to our customers. A successful Advisor quickly and effectively delivers excellent conversations with customers regarding benefits of consolidating accounts to meet financial goals simply and effectively. Success in the role is measured by successful consolidation of outside accounts.
What You Will Do:
Cultivate relationships by prudently addressing customer needs, while maximizing the use of Empower products and service benefits available.
Drive scheduled appointments that require one to uncover outside asset opportunities, close on the outside opportunities identified, and seamlessly quarterback the onboarding of outside assets.
Demonstrate holistic knowledge of goal-based planning by presenting solutions for all types of savings goals, including education planning, retirement planning, and other intermediate to long term savings goal planning.
Implement Empower's conversation model and interactive planning tools to identify participant needs and deliver on appropriate next steps.
Diligently manage time and pipeline to prioritize day based on customer's needs and likelihood of expanding relationship with Empower.
Govern the process (using SalesForce CRM) to document conversations, follow up appropriately with clients in the processes of bringing over accounts, and effectively follow up on opportunities not yet closed.
Partner with relationship management and advisory teams to prioritize appointments that will consolidate outside assets and seamlessly hand back off to the relationship management team once assets are closed.
Deliver on bi-monthly sales and conversation targets to earn incentive compensation.
Other duties as assigned which may involve some or all of the following: staff meetings, product seminars/training, meeting all federal and state requirements as they pertain to securities and insurance regulations etc., in support of strategic department and firm initiatives.
What You Will Bring:
FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) registrations required.
3+ years of financial industry experience with demonstrated sales success required.
Exceptional listening, verbal, and presentation skills.
In-depth understanding of retail investment vehicles and qualified retirement plans.
FINRA fingerprinting required.

The Wealth Solutions Advisor at Empower works with individual consumers in our Investor Services segment to ignite a plan to document and meet financial goals and consolidate assets with Empower. The Senior Financial Advisor utilizes proper licensing, certifications, and industry leading financial tools to develop a deep understanding of customers and provide solutions to improve their financial outlook.
In this role, you will not manage a book of business, but will focus on providing solutions to our customers. A successful Advisor quickly and effectively delivers excellent conversations with customers regarding benefits of consolidating accounts to meet financial goals simply and effectively. Success in the role is measured by successful consolidation of outside accounts.
What You Will Do:
Cultivate relationships by prudently addressing customer needs, while maximizing the use of Empower products and service benefits available.
Drive scheduled appointments that require one to uncover outside asset opportunities, close on the outside opportunities identified, and seamlessly quarterback the onboarding of outside assets.
Demonstrate holistic knowledge of goal-based planning by presenting solutions for all types of savings goals, including education planning, retirement planning, and other intermediate to long term savings goal planning.
Implement Empower's conversation model and interactive planning tools to identify participant needs and deliver on appropriate next steps.
Diligently manage time and pipeline to prioritize day based on customer's needs and likelihood of expanding relationship with Empower.
Govern the process (using SalesForce CRM) to document conversations, follow up appropriately with clients in the processes of bringing over accounts, and effectively follow up on opportunities not yet closed.
Partner with relationship management and advisory teams to prioritize appointments that will consolidate outside assets and seamlessly hand back off to the relationship management team once assets are closed.
Deliver on bi-monthly sales and conversation targets to earn incentive compensation.
Other duties as assigned which may involve some or all of the following: staff meetings, product seminars/training, meeting all federal and state requirements as they pertain to securities and insurance regulations etc., in support of strategic department and firm initiatives.
What You Will Bring:
FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) registrations required.
3+ years of financial industry experience with demonstrated sales success required.
Exceptional listening, verbal, and presentation skills.
In-depth understanding of retail investment vehicles and qualified retirement plans.
FINRA fingerprinting required.

Position Summary:
The Senior Investment Consultant will be responsible for the distribution of all ProShares strategic product offerings through institutional relationships which include Registered Investment Advisors ('RIA"), Bank Trust and Single and Multi-Family Offices.
The ideal candidate will develop and evolve a business strategy to optimize the entire client lifecycle (prospecting to final presentations) and maintain a service model for new and existing relationships.
This individual should demonstrate a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, financial markets, industry trends and ProShares products and services. The role will be expected to travel within an assigned territory to conduct office presentations, client meetings and one-on-one meetings. The role is a fast-paced, highly competitive, client-facing sales role that is rewarded based upon consistent, superior results.

Key Responsibilities

50% of time: Develop and maintain profitable, productive relationships with RIAs, family offices and other institutional segments within the assigned territory to capture sales and increase market share. Proactively seek and support the development of new initiatives within assigned territory to enhance the firm's success and market presence while meeting annual sales goals.
25% of time: Conduct one-on-one meetings, group presentations and client meetings/events which involve travel. Deliver high-quality product knowledge, consultative sales approach and guiding the implementation of the sale with RIA & Family Office clients to grow assets within the strategic product range of ETFs.
10% of time: Develop solid working relationships with the field sales team through regular communication, on-going mentorship, training and delegation of responsibilities to ensure proper coverage of this important segment of clients.
10% of time: Understand and articulate capital market dynamics, complex product structures, and competitor ETF products. Provide the proper after-sales support and reporting to keep existing clients informed.
5% of time: Capture field activity and sales related data in CRM System and effectively manage firm resources, which includes travel expenses, entertainment and client support budgets.
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant work experience in the investment management industry, with experience in institutional relationship management, business development and financial services sales
Strong academic background with advanced degree, and/or a professional designation such as a CFA.
Must have established RIA and/or Family office contacts with established relationships across the wider institutional channel (such as endowments, foundations, Taft Hartley plans, other asset managers and OCIO service providers)
Strong ability to drive client engagement process, recommend and execute within tight deadlines.
Experience with exchange traded funds, mutual funds and/or interval funds
Broad investment acumen, knowledge of capital markets, the asset management industry and product offerings
The compensation for this position includes salary and incentive pay. The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000-$200,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.

As an Analyst, you will provide quality service for Corporate Actions following our standard operating procedures. This reduces risk to our clients and the firm. This is a multi-functional role where the team will manage end to end Corporate Actions' event through the entire event lifecycle. You will serve as a liaison with BlackRock's Global Custodian network and work on BlackRock's proprietary operating platform, Aladdin, where there are multiple of applications including the Corporate Actions Manager (CAM).
Responsibilities:
* Ensure that mandatory corporate action and dividend events across markets and asset types (equities, fixed income and derivatives) are captured, validated and updated in Aladdin.
* Ensure that corporate action entitlements are processing accurately via quality control and market valuation impact check.
* Perform corporate actions entitlement reconciliation and resolve stock and cash exceptions.
* Adhere to procedures and daily controls and work together as a team to complete daily deliverables.
* Support the global "Pass The Book" strategy and partner with global colleagues to identify guideline in BlackRock's processes and drive consistency.
* Manage queries received from both internal and external stakeholders.
* Escalate all material risk items and service issues to the senior management on a timely basis.
* Work closely with business partners including other Investment Operations teams to ensure an efficient and effective workflow and adopt a 'One BlackRock' approach to problem solving.
* Be a Student of the Market by maintain awareness of industry developments and how they impact BlackRock.

Experience
* Bachelor's degree in related field (Masters in Finance)
* 0-3 years' experience in a Corporate Actions or an Investment Operations-related position in Global Custody

For Wilmington, DE Only the salary range for this position is USD$66,500.00 - USD$85,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
