Not much positive to say it was fine til a supervisor left and it went disorganized day 1 after he left
Cons of working at Buckley Industries
Well a manager will threaten to fight you his name is maloy if he doesn’t like you he will threaten to fight you in the parking lot and yell at you he was reported nothing got done one time an employee was helping saw operator make boxes and he yelled at him for doing that and the guy quit because well he had nothing to do and was actually doing something productive

Fire some of the managers replace them with competent people and focus on making machines safe again

Pretty bad it paid 17$ which is good but with insurance costing a lot of money every week it just ain’t worth it they don’t pay any premium you are paying for it all

Oh they are very diverse but they are filled with very lazy or rude workers sometimes a bit of both and they will insult you every day at work
What brings you the most joy at Buckley Industries?
The day when I left this company in the dust knowing it screwed them over because no it wasn’t worth my mental health for everything I went through and was treated at the end
