Responsibilities:
As a Hospice Clinical Social Worker, you will:
Assist the core members of the pre-hospice/hospice team in understanding significant social, spiritual, and emotional factors related to the patient's health, to establish a plan of care which fosters the personal worth, spiritual well-being, and dignity of each patient.
Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team and in the development and review of the plan of care for all patients.
Assess the social, spiritual, and emotional needs/factors in order to estimate the patient's and involved caregiver's capacity and potential to cope with the problems of daily living and with the terminal diagnosis and illness.
Prepare the patient to cope with the changes and the chosen family to support the patient including education on advance directives/advanced care planning
Utilize all available resources, such as chosen family, hospice, and community agencies, to assist the patient and chosen family to live better within the limitations of the illness
Support the bereavement program
Provide discharge planning related to change of level-of-care or community placement/location-of-care
Required Certifications and Licensures:
Licensed to practice as a clinical social worker in the state of agency operation if required
Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations

Continuous Improvement:
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop solutions that fill market needs with products that have attractive margins and provide a competitive advantage. Work closely with manufacturing to develop pilot line manufacturing processes and full scale production lines to manufacture new or enhanced products. Implementing process improvements to enhance the product development and manufacturing processes, ensuring ongoing compliance and efficiency. Documentation and Reporting:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $173,741-$262,510 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 30% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

The Position
The EHS Manager is a champion of safety culture, responsible for developing and implementing programs that ensure compliance with the Heico EHS management system, regulatory requirements, and the site's strategic goals. Primary Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of safety policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Promote a proactive safety culture by training managers and employees in safe work practices, fire prevention, chemical/material handling, and emergency response.
Serves as a visible leader on the production floor, conducting inspections, identifying risks, and ensuring timely corrective or preventative actions.

Oversees the administration of workers' compensation program, including working with the insurance carrier to eliminate employee industrial accidents, working in tandem with the Human Resources department.

Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years of industrial EHS experience including at least 5 years' management level EHS experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in engineering, safety, environmental or related science

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician to support and maintain our Mac-based compute infrastructure and associated data center environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Mac devices at scale, ensuring uptime, optimizing performance, OnDemand upgrade/downgrades, and supporting production workloads. In addition, this role requires a solid understanding of networking fundamentals, particularly switching technologies used in modern data center environments. This is a hybrid role where responsibilities are split between Mac hardware operations (primary) 80% and network operations support (secondary) 20%.
Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in data center operations or hardware support roles.
Hands-on experience with Mac hardware (Mac Studio/Mini/Pro) in production or lab environments.
Strong understanding of racking, stacking, cabling, and general data center best practices.
Working knowledge of network switches, Ethernet standards, and basic L2 protocols.
Experience with ticketing systems, documentation, asset tracking tools.
Ability to lift and move equipment (up to ~50 lbs) and work in data center environments.
Responsibilities:
Primary - Mac/Server Infrastructure Operations
Deploy, rack, cable, and maintain Mac Studio, Mac Pro, Mac Mini or similar Apple hardware in the data center.
Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Apple devices (hardware and basic OS-level issues).
Manage device imaging, configuration, firmware updates, and lifecycle operations.
Monitor system health, handle incident response, and support operational uptime SLAs.
Maintain accurate asset records, labeling, inventory, and documentation.
Work closely with platform/engineering teams to support CI/CD, build pipelines, and workloads running on Mac fleets.
Ilo administration for HP and Dell Machines
Secondary - Data Center & Networking Support
Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network switches (Arista, Juniper, etc.).
Perform structured cabling (fiber and copper), patching, tracing, and labeling.
Participate in switch upgrades, port provisioning, VLAN configurations, and basic L2 troubleshooting.
Support network connectivity for compute hardware, out-of-band management, PDUs, and KVM components.
Work with network engineering to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Ensure compliance with data center standards: airflow, cable management, rack power distribution, and space planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Jamf, automation workflows for Mac devices.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, link aggregation, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with remote management tools (IPMI, iDRAC, Lights Out, etc.).
Understanding of OS imaging, basic scripting (Python/Bash), or automation is a plus.
Past experience supporting build farms, developer infrastructure, or similar environments.
Should be aware of Agile practices and Servicen-now/Wolken ticketing system aware.

About the Role
The KYC and Contracts Specialist will be based at our Kent office and will play a key role in supporting our sales, finance, and operations teams. This position is responsible for reviewing new customer contracts, Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance, managing our loan-payoff, lien/UCC process, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of long-term account records. You'll act as a central resource for cross-department coordination and help strengthen the workflows in support of our customers.
Working with professionalism, accuracy, and clarity, you will help streamline the contract setup, customer reviews, lien and loan management - from new account setup to long-term account maintenance - to support efficient transactions across the business.
Responsibilities
Contract & Account Setup and Review
Review new customer contracts and accounts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Identify discrepancies and work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain organized, accurate documentation for all new accounts.
Account Maintenance & Updates
Conduct periodic reviews and update accounts on an ongoing basis
Identify accounts requiring updates, follow-ups, or additional documentation
Maintain clear, complete, and accurately updated account histories.
Lien / Loan Payoff Process Management
Manage the company's lien, UCC, and loan payoff process
Coordinate with sellers, finance, title companies, and other partners to facilitate timely filings and releases.
Prepare, submit, monitor, and update UCC filings and related documentation.
Ensure all legal timelines, requirements, and procedures are met.
Cross-Department Support & Training
Serve as a liaison between sales, finance, operations, and title partners for loan and lien and contract-related inquiries.
Provide guidance and training to the sales team on the lien process, documentation needs, and best practices.
Assist with improving workflows, documentation, and communication processes to increase efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
Required
Experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar administrative role.
