ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Deliver parts to technicians
Ensure that areas of the parts department are properly stocked
Assists the service department by moving vehicles as needed and delivering vehicles to other repair facilities for sublet repairs
Picks up and/or delivers parts to designated accounts when instructed by the parts or service departments
Deliver mail to the post office each evening
Ensures the cleanliness of the parts department by disposing of used boxes and trash, sweeping floors, and dusting parts bins daily
Crates all cores for shipment back to the manufacturer when parts have been replaced
Performs other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (Primary Focus)
Post job openings in the Applicant Tracking System (Clear) and on additional job boards as needed
Coordinate recruitment logistics and assist with sourcing candidates, including attending job fairs as needed
Prepare and distribute offer letters and new hire communications
Guide candidates through pre-employment documentation, background checks, and onboarding requirements
Accurately hire new employees in the ATS (Clear) to ensure seamless integration with payroll/HRIS systems (UKG)
Create and maintain new hire files

Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
Reviews body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
Pulls and fills orders from stock.
Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
Notifies the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received.
Notify the body shop when all the parts have arrived and when they will be delivered.
Pulls orders for delivery to the body shop, making sure all parts are tagged with customer names and job number.
Follows up on backordered parts.
Verifies will-call and back-order files weekly and returns to vendors, or stocks those items not picked up or required.
Replenishes assigned inventory daily.
Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
Ensures that all charge sales are signed by the customer.
Ensure that all customers receive their copy of the invoice.
Issues credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified.
Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
Keeps front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered.
Keeps current on new products and products updates.
Participates with the parts manager in maintaining a lost sales tracking program.
Maintains professional appearance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Washes vehicle exterior; cleans interior and exterior windows and wipes down doorjambs
Applies wax to auto body, and wipes or buffs surface
Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris
Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices
Applies revitalizers and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces and treats fabrics with spot- and stain-resistant chemicals
Cleans engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents
Applies special-purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials which normal cleaning procedures do not remove, utilizing experience and judgment and following product manufacturer's recommendations
Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation
Restores appearance of engine area, rugs, upholstery, and painted surfaces
Uses touch-up paint, dyes, and other appropriate materials
Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection
Applies dressing on tires and tire wells
Replaces missing or defective small parts
Maintains showroom and stock vehicles
Ensures proper stickers are displayed in the vehicle's window
Removes all window stickers on sold vehicles
Keeps work area neat and clean
Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Satisfies the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers.
Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Explains product performance, application, and benefits.
Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.

Turns in all closed deals to finance and insurance manager, along with properly completed paperwork (insurance information, trade title, etc.).
Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with established dealership practices.
Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department.
Schedules first service appointment
Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, "we-owes", and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Reviews and analyzes personal performance at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.

Performs the work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Performs lubrication, safety inspection, and other related services.
Maintains records on regular customers.
Drains oil from crankcase and refills with required amount of oil.
Replaces oil and air filters.
Inspects vehicle fluid levels, replaces or replenishes as necessary.
Checks tire pressure and adds air if needed.
Lubricates moving parts with specified lubricants.
Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor.
Documents all work performed on the repair order.
Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs as assigned by service manager.
Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.
Ensures that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
Keeps shop area neat and clean.
Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as when they were received.
Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
