Generous reimbursement
parts of factory can be warm, but the new powder coating line in 2024 really helped that.
Very Approachable person, and entire management team has an open door policy. President meets with new employees for 10-30 minutes when they enter the union to get to know the team.

Very fair pay for honest work.
Everyone treated fairly. Not a ton of women in factory but many in office. Probably a breakdown of those interested in factory work.
Love the company picnic
You get your Birthday off paid.
No sick time. Poor vacation time. Once a year raises at less then .50 cents, point system that is way out of date. And the average wage is 35,000 to 39,000. It's also union.
There is no good benefits to working here. You can get much better benefits anywhere else.
Great place to be. Open door policy. Fair wage for work.
Certain areas of the factory can be warm during the summer.
