As a seasonal support driver (SSD), you'll deliver packages to communities and businesses in the comfort of your own vehicle. This is a friendly, physically active role, so you'll need to enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and safely being behind the wheel.
This position requires schedule flexibility since work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.

The Role Breakdown
Own and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, including short- and long-range scheduling, capacity planning, and production workflows.
Oversee staffing, performance, and development for shop-floor personnel, engineers, and support staff.
Drive efficiency through better inventory management, vendor coordination, quality control, and lean production systems.
Partner closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives, expansion planning, and overall business management.
Implement scalable SOPs and processes from scratch, the way you see fit.
Lead forecasting, internal reporting, and operational metrics/KPIs.
Act as a visible and accessible leader across the entire business.
Work Schedule: 9-hour shifts Mon-Thurs, half days on Friday (0730-1230) - with lots of flexibility.
Candidate Skills, Experience and Background
Must Have Two (2) of the Following Backgrounds:
Knowledge and experience working with concrete including pre-cast
Knowledge and experience of manufacturing/manufacturing engineering

Communicate with Monarch Ski Area guests in a polite and professional manner as well as processing their food orders quickly and courteously.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Age: 18
Legal citizen of the United States or possess other proper work permit authentication.
High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
Ability to push, lift, and move up to 35 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and work with hot cooking appliances.
Requires working at high elevation (up to 12,000'), with extended exposure to adverse weather conditions, such as severe cold, heavy snowfall, rain, strong winds and intense sun.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Compensation: Begins at $19 per hour, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience/length of service
