This position starts at $9.80 an hour + tips (that can range from $15.00 - $20.00 an hr!). JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Completely clear all remaining tableware after guests leave, clean, sanitize, sweep and reset tables in preparation for new guests. Serve guests chips, salsa, and water upon their arrival. Maintain and stock salsas and waters. Keep glassware and silverware stocked in bus stations to ensure efficient table turnover. Actively participate in the overall cleanliness and safety of the Restaurant. Work together as a team and have fun!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of El Encanto Restaurants and Core Values.
Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each.
Clear tables after guest departure, removing all items remaining, set salsa rack on its side.
Using a sanitized cloth, completely clean tabletops, chairs/booths, and salsa rack.
Fold/flip blankets as needed, push in chairs and clean the floor under and around tables.
Clean windows.
Once clean, set salsa rack back upright to notify all that table is clean and may be reset.
Reset tables with appropriate number of roll-ups and water glasses.
Locate items requested by guests, communicate to servers any/all guest requests.
Take soiled flatware, linen, ramekins, glassware, barware, and dishes to designated dish area-scrape and stack dirty dishes accordingly.
Perform cleaning or stocking duties to facilitate customer
Regularly rinse towel in sanitizer and change out towel with fresh one when dirty.
Chip/Water Delivery
Promptly greet guests with water, chips, and salsa- describe salsas.
Thank guests as they leave.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain adequate supplies of items: clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays.
Always clean as you go-if you spill it clean it up-if you empty it throw it away-don't forget to break down all boxes.
Keep Chip Drawers full and clean-communicate to management if stock goes to 3 bins,
Communicate with server, host(ess) to expedite efficient seating, table utilization, and customer service.
Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate to server as needed.
Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes. Clean and stock as needed.
Empty trash cans as needed into dumpster.
Clean trash receptacles as needed.
Carry soiled linens to loading dock bin and replace with clean linen bag as needed.
Assist Dishwashers if backed up.
Teamwork is Essential-always fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
Maintain all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Follow all Side work checklists.
Check out with Management prior to clocking out!!
Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications
3+ years of relevant work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred

A day in the life:
Basic cleaning, including cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trashing, dusting polishing and other assigned items/areas. What you'll do as an Exceptional Team Member
Responsible for all basic cleaning
Cleaning of restrooms includes restocking toilet tissue and other dispensers, emptying trash, clean and sanitize fixtures, clean mirrors, spot clean partition doors and walls, sweep and mop tile floors, and clean toilets and urinals
Move furniture, vacuum, reposition furniture, empty trash and replace liners
Check all trash containers prior to moving it
Cleaning includes dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, gum removal, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor and spot cleaning glass
Performs additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean-up work for trash and restroom concerns
Restock carts and closets at the end of each shift

Role Summary
As a Project Liaison, you will play an integral part in connecting internal groups to help service our customers better. A typical day in this role could be utilizing analytical tools in Tableau to gain insights into our customer service teams and then interfacing directly with your TDP coworkers across the organization to solve internal challenges to better service our customers. This role will bring out your skills in communication, excel and Tableau through strong data analytics, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination. Key Responsibilities
Data visualization and analysis:
Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and create reports that communicate these findings.
Optimize dashboards for performance and usability.
Project management:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Create and maintain project plans and schedules, and track progress against milestones.
Coordinate with internal teams and resources to ensure project success.

Create and maintain product tracking details across all 5 markets. (VIN, UPC, Cost, Retail, etc.)
Data management and quality:
Collect, refine, and prepare data from various sources for analysis.

Education & Experience
Exposure to logistics, customer operations, or supply chain environments.
1-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, project coordination, operations, or customer-facing roles.
Preferred Skills & Certifications.
Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, supply chain, information systems, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or operational data systems.
