The attorney advises boards of directors on corporate issues, manages covenant enforcement, and provides contract review. Qualified candidates must be licensed in Illinois and have strong writing and analytical skills. Trial and arbitration experience preferred. Knowledge of and experience with the Illinois Condominium Property Act/Common Interest Community Association Act is a plus. The starting salary is $105,000, contingent upon level of experience.
