The Shelbyville location was full of workers who got high and drunk on the job along with management. Management fired those who weren't participating in these activities or simply let people go because "they didn't fit in" and not because they were incapable. I was let go and things were made up about me and I was told I didn't deserve an excuse why, nor do they owe me any excuse. Never have I felt so disgraced by a bunch of young people in control of such a great establishment being misguided and ruined by poor leadership that broke their own rules. I truly would like to sue this location. Very bad work experience. I learned the job in 3 days and was let go for reasons that were ridiculously made up. Appalled!!

The food taste great and the employee discounts and getting paid weekly

They've actually created a great restaurant, but without eyes watching the Shelbyville, KY location, it has a lot of violations and their management could and should be looking for future lawsuits with the drug use, alcoholism on the job, and mis management and illegal tactics used to fire those who do not comply with poor behavior.

Hire new management who take the job seriously

I came in and asked to speak to a manager and I went through the interview and was hired on the spot.

It was very diverse, but I was told I didn't fit in, so they let me go.

It was ok, but my experience with those at the Shelbyville, Kentucky location was horrible. They have very poor management and need to be fired and bring in a more experienced unbiased group who doesn't drink and get high on the job and follows the safety protocol to run a safe and healthy environment for the customers and the employees.knowing I can come to work and do my job with confidence
