ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise Strategy & Growth Leadership
Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Executive Leadership Team to define and prioritize the company's long-term growth strategy, including acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, and potential divestitures.
Lead the evaluation of strategic adjacencies, new markets, and diversification opportunities that align with enterprise priorities.
Serve as a thought partner in shaping portfolio strategy, capital allocation, and long-range planning.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the LBM and broader building materials sectors.
Deal Origination & Execution
Oversee the end-to-end M&A process, from pipeline development and target outreach through valuation, negotiation, and integration.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with target company executives, investment bankers, private equity firms, and industry leaders to source opportunities.
Lead investment committee presentations, ensuring rigorous financial, operational, and cultural assessment of each opportunity.
Partner with Legal, Finance, and division teams to negotiate deal terms, structure, and closing conditions.
Integration & Value Realization
Ensure seamless post-close integration planning and execution in collaboration with business and functional leaders.
Monitor and measure synergy realization and performance against deal models.
Establish consistent processes, playbooks, and governance frameworks for due diligence and integration management.
Team & Organizational Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing Corporate Development team, including M&A, integration, and strategic development professionals.
Foster a culture of analytical excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
Serve as a visible enterprise leader who models partnership across functions and champions disciplined, data-driven decision making.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
Manage corporate development reporting and communications for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies, external regulations, and fiduciary responsibilities.
Partner closely with Investor Relations and Corporate Communications to support messaging related to strategic growth initiatives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The Lead Analyst of SAP Financials should be a subject matter expert for Record to Report (RTR) and all sub process areas. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to address and ensure quality solutions ultimately influencing individuals within and outside the IT department and making a significant impact on our business.
The candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, testing and control of the financial systems and applications. Focus area of responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Tax (Vertex), Portfolio & Project Management (PPM), Project Systems, and Reporting (SAC, EDP, S/4HANA).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the functional expert for the SAP RTR (FI/CO) module, including: configuration, integration, customization, master data, and reporting with an emphasis on Accounts Payable (OpenText VIM), Accounts Receivable (Serrala), Treasury, General Ledger (Blackline), Fixed Assets, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Tax (Vertex), Portfolio & Project Management (PPM), and Project Systems.
Manage day-to-day support activities, analyze incidents, and provide timely resolutions to production issues.
Lead process improvements and automation using SAP tools like S/4HANA, Fiori, SAC, or third-party tools.
Act as a mentor or lead to junior analysts in the SAP RTR space.
Perform business process analysis and translate business requirements into workable SAP solutions and/or functional designs for specific projects and changes, including development.
Stay current on SAP best practices and emerging technologies in the finance domain.
Ensure proper documentation of business requirements, functional specs, test cases, and training materials.
Create and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation.
Configure SAP RTR modules (GL, FA, AP, AR, CO, etc.) and manage changes through the change control process.
Work closely with process teams to facilitate project progress and ensure integrated system solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of SAP FICO with other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with other cross functional leaders on business-driven IT initiatives, including enhancements and technical upgrades
Lead implementation support, preparing the business for system solutions.
Provide guidance to businesses with the appropriate use of the SAP system.
Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and internal controls requirements.
Analyze data and troubleshoot issues related to month-end close, financial consolidation, reporting, and controls.
Demonstrate the ability to solve problems that allow for effective and timely resolution of system issues including but not limited to production outages.
Support integrations between SAP and third-party systems (e.g., reporting tools, banks, tax engines).
Apply design thinking and/or process redesign principles to develop innovative solutions that enhance the end-user experience across financial solutions, incorporating user feedback and insights to ensure a user-centered approach.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
8-10 years of experience of configuration of SAP Financials including RTR (FI & CO)
A strong foundation in both IT systems and financial/accounting principles is essential for bridging the gap between technology and business users.
Multiple full-life cycle SAP implementations (ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA)
Strong experience with designing, configuring and supporting RTR and sub process areas within SAP is a must
Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (STP, OTC, etc.) is a must
Familiarity with financial processes such as month-end close, intercompany, fixed asset lifecycle, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to analyze system issues, debug configuration, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve SAP errors, data discrepancies, and interface failures.
Experience with system integration and data flow between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

An advanced-level distribution role that requires frequent material handling equipment use. This role utilizes cutting edge technology in a fast paced environment to delight and create value for our customers by moving our business products accurately and timely
Major Responsibilities
· One or more of the following critical supply chain functions that assist in delivering product to our customers.
o Inbound freight receiving
o Full case receiving stocking
o Customer return processing
o Full case order selecting and replenishment processing
o Order shipping and truck loading
· Typically requires the use of Stock Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counter Balance Forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks.
· Ensure proper trailer docking procedures are followed; unload trailer, stage product and inspect pallets for quantity and damages; remove damaged product and validate all paperwork to the load (i.e., piece count, signatures, etc.); properly annotate discrepancies on freight bill or appropriate documents; utilize warehouse technology to verify and process freight and create receiving manifest and receipt tickets.
· Place receipt tickets on correct item(s) on pallet; sort pallet between bulk and shelf items; transport pallet or cartons to appropriate zone or location; remove carton(s) from pallet, green rack or cart and place in designated warehouse location.
· Print applicable Return Goods Report; obtain and enter return authorization number into warehouse technology and print and apply return ticket(s); inspect return item for quantity and quality assurance; clean, repackage and/or repair item (if necessary); complete necessary oral and written communication (i.e., order supplies; credit or return information); disposition item to appropriate location.
· Obtain pick label(s) and locate appropriate items and quantities; place shipping/pick label on carton and prepare carton; follow packing slip process and apply to carton as necessary; place carton/bags on conveyor or rolling equipment for transport to appropriate staging location; stock “HOT Replenishments” as needed.
· Review system and/or order to determine what is short or out at location and utilize warehouse technology to ‘look up' alternate locations for item; if available obtain carton from bulk location or eaches from shelf location; document receipt transactions and follow warehouse technology procedures to process order.
· Unload fulfilled carton/bags and stage for shipping on appropriate pallet; apply stretch wrap to completed pallets; write appropriate information on pallet placard or shrink wrap; stage pallets and load truck; secure and stabilize cartons and pallets throughout the loading process.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all policies and procedures
