The Lead Analyst of SAP Financials should be a subject matter expert for Record to Report (RTR) and all sub process areas. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to address and ensure quality solutions ultimately influencing individuals within and outside the IT department and making a significant impact on our business. The candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, testing and control of the financial systems and applications. Work closely with process teams to facilitate project progress and ensure integrated system solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of SAP FICO with other enterprise systems. Collaborate with other cross functional leaders on business-driven IT initiatives, including enhancements and technical upgrades Lead implementation support, preparing the business for system solutions. Provide guidance to businesses with the appropriate use of the SAP system. Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and internal controls requirements. Analyze data and troubleshoot issues related to month-end close, financial consolidation, reporting, and controls. Demonstrate the ability to solve problems that allow for effective and timely resolution of system issues including but not limited to production outages. Support integrations between SAP and third-party systems (e.g., reporting tools, banks, tax engines). Apply design thinking and/or process redesign principles to develop innovative solutions that enhance the end-user experience across financial solutions, incorporating user feedback and insights to ensure a user-centered approach. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Training beyond high school including either an Associate (A.S.) degree in Electronics Technology (or closely related technical field), or a combination of education and experience which may include skilled trades programs or military training. Experience: 4+ years of automation experience and/or industrial maintenance experience. Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI configuration, and control systems. Computer Skills: Standard computer skills; must have strong skills in document organization, the use of technical materials, and research techniques.
