The Plant Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and management to plant operations. Through hands-on leadership, you will provide management oversight for the day-to-day operations and proper functioning of the facility to include Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Production Planning, Human Resources, EH&S, Shipping & Receiving. PURPOSE Assists the general manager in the administrative and personnel functions of the location. Has supervisory responsibilities and is typically managing the activities of larger locations, or in some cases, multiple locations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains personnel files, driver qualification files, and payroll reporting and information. Compiles new hire packets as needed and oversees pre-employment drug screens.
Coordinates proper preparation of payroll and commission data.
Provides employees with benefits information including vacation and sick time accruals, personal time off, group health insurance, 401k, worker's compensation, etc.
Runs and distributes applicable store reports (e.g. Negative report, Sales reports, IBT report, Fuel report, E.O.D. month reports).
Participates in store safety meetings and engages in activities that promote and ensure safety at the facility.
Administers affirmative action program site responsibilities (applicant flow log tracking, requisition tracking, training tracking, internal and external job postings), and works with hiring managers to reduce underutilized job groups as identified in the annual plan for the location.
Prepares and distributes paychecks and attachments to paychecks, as needed.
Verifies and prepares deposits from the store registers. Conducts daily balancing activities. Accounts for credits from the previous day.
Handles expense reimbursements and other accounts payable issues.
Coordinates local aspects of all insurance policies, reporting claims in a timely manner. (Worker's compensation, auto, general liability, property damage).
Manages administrative functions of location, including maintaining office supplies and forms, and proper record retention.
Runs errands as needed.
Provides administrative support to General Manager.
Provides customer service to both internal and external customers.
Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in administrative support role.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PURPOSE Under direct supervision, provides sales and customer service activities primarily related to retail customers utilizing knowledge of sales techniques and industry knowledge. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides customer service primarily to retail customers, via walk-in, telephone or email, including assisting with customer inquiries on product selection, pricing, availability, refunds/exchanges requiring a working knowledge of company products, procedures and practices.
Actively engages in selling company products/services and related items. Provides material estimates and quotes for small packages (stairs, decks, fences, sheds, etc.).
Enters orders into system and schedules delivery of products.
Plans and paces own work efficiency in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related productivity goals.
Participates in coordinating and conducting customer workshops.
Handles and resolves simple customer complaints and forwards more complex issues to more senior staff for resolution.
Assists with store housekeeping, signage, stocking, inventory control, and other related activities.
Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers; attends periodic safety meetings as required; may recommend changes to improve safety procedures.
Other duties may be assigned.
