Responsibilities * Perform general construction tasks with a focus on concrete and electrical work * Oversee three-to-four-man crew * Safely operate and maneuver equipment and job site trailers * Read and understand blueprints and sketches and build to specification instructions with precision and quality * Ensure job is coordinated from start to finish to maximize efficiency and safety * Provide detailed and accurate reporting of daily duties performed. * Perform restoration of areas where work has been performed (leveling, seed, and straw) * Coordinate with subcontractors and keep them on task * Maintain a clean and safe jobsite * Coordinate with local inspectors and Utility companies to execute the full scope of work Requirements and Skills * Must be willing to travel in the Midwest up to 85% of the time (generally travel for 3-4 weeks and then a paid week at home).
