* Two(2) years of college with courses in business administration, industrialmanagement, or appropriate discipline, and a minimum of four (4) yearsprogressive experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education andexperience.

Provides customer service support and coordinates the maintenance and supply activities for the Material Management Office in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry; serves as coordinator for facilities issues such as repairs, maintenance requests and custodial issues for multiple buildings; communicates with OSU facilities staff, outside contractors, department faculty, staff, students and others to schedule and coordinate service delivery; coordinates daily shipping, receiving and delivery services; assists customers with shipping requests and the creation of mailing labels; submits requests and maintains records for physical keys, electronic keycard access and telephone service; maintains and operates the department liquid nitrogen dispensing software tracking system and provides accurate monthly reports on usage; maintains a stock of common office supplies used by faculty, staff and students; initiates orders for supplies to OSU stores and outside vendors; assists with asset management tasks including tagging, auditing and surplussing of assets; assists the building coordinator as needed and assumes the responsibilities of the building coordinator in his absence; supervises student workers; performs other duties as assigned
