Job Responsibilities As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and working order of the building, its equipment and all physical assets. Perform cleaning and related maintenance activities such as clearing walkways and removing snow or debris from sidewalks and stairs in areas within sixteen feet of buildings using hand-operated tools or small power equipment. Attend to all facility related emergencies under the direction of the Director. Assist with the setup and breakdown of rooms for meetings, conferences, events, etc. Maintain positive relationships with outside vendors and contract labor. Maintain a high level of organization of the maintenance storage areas and proper record keeping of all maintenance logs and work orders.
