Job Duties: System Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot, maintain, inspect, modify, and repair diverse building systems, including plumbing, electrical, fire alarms, sprinklers, and emergency systems. Structural & Interior Upkeep: Perform repairs on interior and exterior doors, overhead doors and gates, drywall, painting, carpet/tile flooring, and ceiling tiles. Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute periodic PM on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing equipment, including lubrication, adjustments, cleaning, and replacement of consumable parts like filters and indicator lights. This position involves being on-site whenever residents are present, ensuring compliance with house rules, addressing grievances, and responding to incidents effectively.
