Vishu Ramanathan is CEO of Buildout, the leading end-to-end marketing software for commercial real estate.He founded the company in 2010 with fellow software developer Jason Tillery. His background is in software development where he specializes in bridging complex business problems with people and technology to form a solution. Before founding Buildout, Vishu spent 10 years with Business Logic, now Next Capital, and also worked as an independent software developer in industries with sophisticated problems, including finance, logistics and trade regulation.

Jason Tillery is the Co-Founder and CTO at Buildout Inc. Before Buildout Inc, Jason co-founded Thinklink LLC.

As EVP of Operations and Chief of Staff, Adam Birnbaum is tasked with running and scaling the company. He is responsible for marketing, sales, and customer success departments at Buildout Inc.

Dom Merritt is a Senior Lecturer at Loyola University Chicago; VP, People (Chief People Officer) at Buildout; and Member Of The Board Of Advisors at The People Ops Society and is based in Chicago, Illinois. He has worked as Talent Management Sr. Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Head of People at Built In, and Senior People (HR Business) Partner at Uptake. Dom studied at Northwestern University and Loyola University Chicago.

Yun Ma is a Chief Financial Officer at Buildout and CFO in Residence at The Riverside Company and is based in Chicago, Illinois. She has worked as CFO at Asian American Coal, Inc.; VP of Finance at AVAILINK; and Director, Portfolio Management at ORIGO PARTNERS. Yun attended Harvard Business School between 2009 and 2009 and University of Toledo between 1997 and 2000.
