Bulldozer operator job description

• Hourly Pay (time and a half after 40 hours) + bonus opportunities

What Will You Be Doing?

• Mass/finish grading
• Maintain site drainage
• Control lifts
• Coordinate material placement for residential and commercial development
• Understanding of reading blueprints
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Assist in any other tasks determined by crew leader

What Will You Bring?

• Must have 3+ years of experience
• Must have a positive attitude and work well with others
• Must be able to proficiently operate both finish and bulk bull dozers
• Must be able to carry grade and maintain smooth grade transitions
• Must have experience constructing single family subdivision projects
• GPS experience is preferred but not required
• Must have a basic knowledge and understanding of survey and grade stake and understand cut and fill operations constructing building pads and streets
• Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Must have a valid driver’s license
