Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain the highest quality standards in all assigned data center locations and remote points of presence (POP).
Perform physical installation, repair, maintenance, and testing activities as directed with meticulous attention to driving and maintaining the highest quality standards in the telecommunications industry.
Perform card adds or replacements, software upgrades, and associated testing.
Recommend improvements to processes that may impact the quality of our network assets or improve overall efficiencies for any related process or system.
Provide site survey support for OSP and ISP projects, as well as large space & power and/or equipment deployments.
Perform site audits and reconcile data discrepancies in coordination with Network Surveillance and other groups as necessary.
Manage local construction vendors working on behalf of the company to ensure compliance with installation, repair, maintenance MOPs and standards, as well as quality and cleanliness.
Meet/coordinate with Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) and other technicians to facilitate timely installation, repair, and maintenance activities as necessary.
Perform site surveys in support of network builds, augments, or decommissions.
Coordinate site access, equipment staging, and other tasks

Required Qualifications/Skills:
Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and 5+ years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Experience working with data center and POP infrastructure, including experience or deep understanding of OSP, ISP, interfacility cabling, fiber and copper distribution, AC/DC power systems, environmental controls, and relay rack/cabinet/cage construction.
Experience with installing and maintaining a wide variety of telecom/network equipment, including DWDMs, backbone and management routers, IP switches, as well as all optical and digital infrastructure.
Deep understanding of splicing, and an understanding of how to maintain and operate within a manhole, vault, or handhole environment.
Experience with telecommunications testing equipment from microscopes and source and power meters to OTDRs and experience testing across all SONET and Ethernet bandwidths.
Extensive knowledge of telecommunications testing standards and procedures from length, wire-mapping, and bit error rate to power, delay, loss, reflectance and dispersion.
Experience with state and local regulatory standards, procedures, and permitting requirements.
Ability to work effectively with local exchange carrier (LEC) and other telecom service provider technicians, building landlords, electricians, construction operators, and non-technical end users.
Ability to work independently, diagnose problems and take appropriate action with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, workflow and project management applications, and administrative software applications.

JOB SUMMARY: The warehouse associate receives shipments and restocks orders, keeps track of inventory, prepares, and loads order for customers, and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Pull and prepare orders for shipment, delivering the proper paperwork, packaging, and quantity for each order to the required destination in shipping and receiving.

Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material, either independently or as part of a team depending on order size and daily staffing needs.

Ensure the warehouse area is cleaned, organized, and that all safety procedures are being always followed by yourself and your teammates.
Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, floor lifts, and basic tools. Report any malfunctions, insufficiencies, or necessary repairs through the relevant channels.
Provide dependable, shift-long coverage of the warehouse facilities to ensure order fulfillment operates as efficiently as possible for the duration of the warehouse associate's shift.

What You Will Do At Gema
* Troubleshoot and service equipment in customer's facility by scheduling in advance, by unscheduled courtesy visits or emergency service calls. Troubleshooting may require the use of a variety of electrical and mechanical tools provided by the customer or by Gema. Coordination with the Key service, Installation, Product Development and Sales personnel is required.
* Understand and be able to assist or demonstrate applications expertise and physical capabilities with all Gema equipment across all products available. This includes visiting customer facilities and providing information and direction in solving application problems or recommending improvements in process efficiency.
* Evaluate and upgrade Gema's existing customers' powder systems to enhance customer relations and open the door to sales potential by performing an audit of existing equipment performance. This may include, but is not limited to, gathering data on amount of power sprayed from guns, amount of powder applied to part, film thickness measurements, production data and product dimensional information. From data collected, submit findings and recommendations to office to be prepared into a formalized proposal. Finally, as needed, present proposal to customer.
* Provide working supervision and installation assistance of Booth Systems, Retrofit and Conversion Packages by working with customer supplied work crew, outside contractors or Gema supplied installation crew. Direction on how to properly locate, install, start up and troubleshoot equipment being installed. Responsibility of installation will be expected when work crew is not provided.
* Assist distributors and regional sales managers in sales of all Gema equipment on an as-needed basis, be involved in the selling process for new equipment purchases. This would include demonstrating or discussing with customers features and benefits of our products and service programs. Also, this position should be able to present and sell service agreements to new and existing customers and perform paid service calls as needed.
* Analysis of customer inventory and usage stocking levels is an important aspect that is coupled with the responsibility of developing tailored operations and maintenance programs. This process is in coordination with distribution to ensure proper support stocking levels, assistance with consignment inventories and an on-going local service support.
* Provide training to distributor and customer personnel on proper use of equipment by conducting in-plant class room and on-floor training programs. Programs may require training materials to be organized and prepared in advance by the ServiceNet Technician. Distribution support will require on-site technical support, service, set up and demonstration assistance.
* Prepare appropriate and timely reports to distributors, regional managers and supervisor.
* Travels extensively and requires regular motor vehicle transport of tools and company product across state lines.

Summary

Job Summary

The Role
The Factory Technician (1st Shift) is an entry level manufacturing position and the foundation for Hadrian's continued success. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about aerospace or defense manufacturing with a curiosity for how things are made. In this role you receive thorough on the job training for various stations throughout the factory therefore willingness to learn and follow training procedure is more important than industry experience.
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm PT.
What You'll Do
New technicians are typically assigned to our Central Operations team, which covers managing all work before and after the machining process. Central Operations has 5 different stations, you will rotate throughout various stations and you will learn them through on the job training:
Material Prep: receive and transact raw metal; cut to size using an automated bandsaw and basic metrology tools
Tool Crib: assemble and dis-assemble machine tools, work with pre-setters and ensure the correct angles and measurements
Part-Mark: use different machines and techniques (laser, epoxy, ink) to serialize machined parts
Shipping & Receiving: send out parts and manage visual inspection of parts back from outside processing
Rework: employ manual techniques to perform small modifications on parts so that they fit customer requirements.
What We're Looking For
* Willingness to learn precision inspection techniques and follow rigid training procedures
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time
* Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift objects up to 40 pounds unassisted
* Experience with hand tools or pneumatic tools is preferred
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with precision
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Daily inspections of inventory & soil bin checks to avoid overflow.
