It is very rewarding to be in a position to help the community get services that they can’t get elsewhere
The CEO has no idea how to manage people
My manager and coworkers (50%) are amazing
Nothing… except for Jared Esteves, who is very good at his job. He is diplomatic and effective. He follows through and has an earnest desire to make Bullhook great! The CFO is very sweet, has a great personality, just not sure what she does
By letting the employees and providers have input on the running of the program. They are the people who have the most knowledge of what the patients want and need
I didn’t
Mine is decent
For our community I would say it is very good
I love my job, most of my coworkers and especially my manager. Being able to help people get the help they need
The coworkers at Bullhook make work bareable. Your workload is crazy, one person is to do 3 people’s jobs.
Health insurance
Bullhook’s work culture revolves around the CEO's desire for attention and control, rather than fostering a positive and supportive environment. This not only affects employee morale but also hinders productivity and collaboration among team members. Management attempts to help us but is constantly shut down or silenced. When was the last time the staff were asked about C-Suite? A survey from the board of directors? Why is C-Suite intimidated by staff using their voice? Unfortunately, the CEO's focus on her own ego overshadows the clinic's potential for success. The CEO uses the business attorney to help her complete her job duties, I wonder what is spent on the lawyer who is not only the clinics true HR but acting as CEO. It's disheartening to see a place that could provide valuable services to the community be marred by such destructive leadership. This is a great clinic for the community of Havre but internally it has a lot of improvements needed.
