1999

The company has been founder-led since its inception in 1999 and is backed by Stone Point Capital, Insight Partners, and Genstar.

2004

Since joining Bullhorn in 2004, Matt has held a variety of leadership positions managing the growth of various technical and services teams, including Vice President of Professional Services.

2007

Melissa Rosen joined Bullhorn in 2007 to work with clients on consulting and training initiatives.

2008

Starting in 2008 as a front line support analyst, Eleanor worked her way up to VP by creating the quality assurance, documentation, and new hire training programs that enable our mission of creating an incredible customer experience.

Since joining Bullhorn in 2008, Eleanor has gained a wide range of experience within the Support organization.

2010

Mike was one of the first 15 team members of Bullhorn Inc. in Boston and relocated to London in 2010 to start up the International team.

Prior to IBM, Gordon ran marketing and business development for OpenPages, which was acquired by IBM in 2010.

2012

Since his arrival at Bullhorn in 2012, Jason has rapidly grown through the sales organization to his current role.

Shaun joined Bullhorn from Broadbean Technology in 2012 and was one of the first employees internationally.

2013

Donny joined Bullhorn in 2013 as a Regional Sales Manager where he was responsible for deploying the company’s first field sales teams prior to expanding his responsibilities across North America.

2014

In 2014, Ernst & Young named Art an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award Winner in New England.

2017

During her tenure at Bullhorn, she has also held leadership roles in global operations and Enterprise sales in EMEA. Before joining Bullhorn in 2017, Leah spent the majority of her career in marketing leadership, business development and strategy roles at CareerBuilder and ClearEdge Marketing.

2018

Prior to joining Bullhorn in 2018, Anthony was Vice President of Global Solution Architecture at Fuze, a global provider of enterprise communication software.

2019

Prior to joining Bullhorn in 2019, Martin held a variety of roles at various software and technology companies including, Corporate Controller, Revenue Controller, Assistant Controller and Manager of Accounting and Reporting.
