Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software.

Job DescriptionDescriptionOlde Towne Moving & Storage a part of the Cadogan Tate Group in Carbondale, CO has a need to fulfill the Mover role. Experienced Movers, Packers, Loaders and Laborers are preferred, but no experience is required.
Sign-on Bonus: $250.00
(Paid on first paycheck after background screening approval.)
3 Month Bonus: $750.00
(Bonus will be awarded after 3 months of employment, no unexcused absences and background screening approval.)
Job Requirements: heavy lifting, customer service, teamwork, clean appearance, reliability and self-motivated.
The essential duties of this role are to work on all aspects of high level moving, loading, packing, residential removals, collections, deliveries and installations of personal effects, art and antiques under the management of immediate supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
Collections and deliveries on a daily basis, locally and interstate as needed
Handle and control all paperwork when on site or working in the field, including all condition reporting for goods
Work with the supervisors to ensure vehicle used is always safe, clean and prepared for the day or trip as required, verify what goods are needed at the start of every day or trip based on the daily trip sheet or trip manifest
Ensure all modifications to daily trip manifest are reported and verified by the Dispatch Manager prior to making any modifications
Proper handling, of art objects, fragile material, antique and fine furniture
Assist with installation projects
Preparation of condition checks and condition reports as needed
Pack artworks, antiquities and fine furniture for transportation and storage
Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks
Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job
