What You'll Be Doing:
* Operate production line equipment (votators, shortening, liquid and tote line).
* Troubleshoot production line issues to identify problems.
* Perform and complete package quality checks and respond to problems, identify and handle off-quality products, and package supplies.
* Interpret tank inventories and valve and pump settings to ensure the correct product is being filled and pumped.
* Load and unload railcars and trucks.
* Pump and/or dump ingredients into oil products.
* Collect product samples from tanks, railcars, and tank trucks for analysis.
* Transfer oil products throughout facility.
* Collect inventory of storage tanks.
* Operate a forklift for warehouse, loading, receiving.
* Maintaining a safe work environment, identifying hazards and exposures, and being willing to approach others about safety.
* Maintain documents for processes as required by quality and operation systems.
* Maintaining sanitation levels of work area.

Requirements:
* Associates degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or Journeyman Instrument Maintenance/Electrical Technician (Preferred)
* 2-3 years of equivalent experience programming, troubleshooting and repairing PLC's (Siemens PCS7/WinnCC, Rockwell/Allen Bradley) and distributive control systems.
* High degree of precision working with minimum tolerances required

Dispatch feed trucks in efficient, cost effective manner by sending drivers to zones that will allow drivers to maximize their 12 hour shift while still meeting the needs of our growers.

Return production to optimal speed as soon as possible. Whenever possible, replace the defective part with a new one (rebuilt) and carry the rest to the maintenance room. In the room, begin repairs on the defective part.
If repairs are successful, return the rebuild part or equipment to inventory until it is needed. Some parts, or equipment, may require being sent off for specialized repairs (such as rewinding motors). Some parts may be thrown away because either repairs will exceed cost of new, or the part cannot be brought back to dependability.
Expectations: End of Day
Get with the incoming maintenance personnel and communicate the day's events. There may be some task they will be able to complete. In addition, it may be helpful to know what has happened in the day so they can keep an eye on it.
Sweep and clean the maintenance shop.
